ONLINE RETURN POLICY
 
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the order date
- Refunds are applicable for all returns, including full price, promotional or markdown items
- Trendy Trese does not offer exchanges via our online store
- Any shipping costs paid at the time of your order are non-refundable
- Return items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached
- Items must be purchased directly via the  Trendy Trese website. 
- Due to reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchangesfor change your mind.
- Trendy Trese reserves the right to refuse your return if the above conditions are not adhered to
 
RETURN INFORMATION
 
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
- Item/s purchased in store are unable to be returned online
- Trendy Trese will not take responsibility for return item/s not received if registered post and/or tracking is not used
- Customers are responsible for charges associated with return postage
- Online returns posted directly to a Trendy Trese store will not be accepted
- We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a confirmation email once this has been completed
- If any item purchased with a gift card is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original card
 
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
 
- All international returns are at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable. Please use your preferred postage service to our return address below.
 
FAULTY RETURNS
 
We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, you will be entitled to the following under  Consumer Law:
 
1) Exchange or refund of products for major failure or faulty; or
2) Exchange if the product fails to be of acceptable quality, however, is not a major failure
In assessing a faulty claim,  Consumer Law allows us to consider how much time has passed since original purchase, customer use of the product, the length of time in which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the fault becomes noticeable.
